About Me

Faith Todd is the owner and instructor of A Street Smart Driving Academy, with over 20 years of experience teaching driver education. She focuses on helping each student build safety, confidence, and strong driving skills in a state-certified, safety-equipped training vehicle.

Faith is certified by the state of Idaho to teach teens ages 14½ to 17. Students over 17 can sign up for private lessons based on their needs and experience.

Requirements

This program includes an online driver education course for students ages 14½ to 17, which must be completed within 6 months.

Driving sessions are scheduled monthly and depend on availability. After finishing the online course, students are placed on a list for behind-the-wheel training.

Idaho requirements include:

  • 6 hours of driving

  • 6 hours of observation

An observation log is provided at enrollment.

Information

Students will register for the program and submit payment to begin. Login credentials for the online course will be provided once all required documents have been received.

Driving lessons will be scheduled based on course completion and instructor availability.

Kuna, Meridian, Boise, Eagle, Star, Middleton, Fruitland, Emmett, Weiser, Payette, New Plymouth. Outside of Emmett Idaho additional charges may apply. Please contact me for more information.

Skills Testing

Official driving assessments that evaluate a driver’s ability to safely operate a vehicle and meet licensing requirements.
